Emma Turtle, the founder and director of Employee Relations Services, is a trained employment lawyer who has worked in human resources, with high-profile city companies, for more than 10 years - both in-house and in private practice.

Emma is also an independent mediator, accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) to mediate employment and workplace disputes.

With a proven track record in managing often challenging employee relations issues effectively and efficiently, she offers small businesses and SMEs access to corporate-standard service.

From ensuring that contracts, policies and procedures are fit for purpose, through the day-to-day management of issues such as absence and restructuring, to training your management team, she can guide and support your business - every step of the way.
